Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Rinsso ("the Service"), operated by Rinsso ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Rinsso is a SaaS platform that monitors how brands appear in AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity), benchmarks them against competitors, and generates content recommendations to improve AI visibility. The Service is provided to marketing agencies and businesses on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor (Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice.
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, unless cancelled, the subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with Rinsso. Content you generate for your own clients remains yours to use.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". AI engine results vary over time and we do not guarantee specific visibility outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
