Refund Policy
1. Free Trial
Rinsso offers a 30-day free trial with no payment required upfront, so you can evaluate the Service before being charged.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals.
3. Refunds
If you are charged in error or experience a significant issue with the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@rinsso.com and we will review your request for a refund. Refunds are issued at our discretion for valid cases.
4. Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.
